In order to operate as a food vendor at Morehead Harvest Festival, you will need to obtain a Permit to Operate (seen below) from Megan Tackett, R.S. at the Gateway District Health Department. Her information can be found below.

Important Information

- MUST HAVE SELF-CONTAINED POWER SUPPLY

- $50 vendor fee + $3 sales tax = $53(Per Booth) 

- Address checks to: Morehead Harvest Festival

- Send checks to: 1019 West Main Street (Print USA)

Please note that vendors are responsible for the remittance of 6% sales tax to the state. Additionally, vendors are responsible for remitting any applicable local taxes and obtaining any required local permits.

Also note that the vendor fee will increase to $75 for payments made after September 1st and to $100 for payments made after October 1st. The final deadline for payment is October 18th.
