If you are looking to be a vendor for the Morehead Harvest Festival, please fill out the form below. Please note that in order to serve as a Food Vendor you will need to obtain a Permit to Operate from Megan Tacket, R.S at the Gateway Health Department.

Vendor Setup Information
Setup begins Friday, October 24, 2025 at 7:00am. Please remember we will not be supplying electricity.
Food Vendors will be in one section all together. Food Vendors ONLY can setup on Thursday evening, however, please note there will be NO SECURITY that night.
Friday morning, we will start with a section and fill it first come first serve, this makes it easier for us and it makes placement better for you.
ONCE THE FESTIVAL HAS STARTED, NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN OR OUT OF THE PARK.
POLICE ENFORCED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUEST.
IF YOU HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL HAVE TO PACK ALL YOUR ITEMS OUT.
We have over 200 vendors signed up and the weather looks good so far!! We have lots to offer this year! FAIR rides, petting zoo, over 15 bounce houses, train rides, singing and entertainment, corn hole tournament (TBA), car cruise in, a tractor show and much more!
