If you are looking to be a vendor for the Morehead Harvest Festival, please fill out the form below. Please note that in order to serve as a Food Vendor you will need to obtain a Permit to Operate from Megan Tacket, R.S at the Gateway Health Department.

Vendor Application

Fill out the form below to register as a vendor for the Morehead Harvest Festival. A $75 vendor fee per booth will be required at submission. A 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. You may pay online with a card or choose to pay in person.
