This year, FAIR RIDES are coming to town at the Morehead Harvest Festival!
From gentle rides perfect for the little ones, to exciting attractions for teens, and even a wild fun house the whole family can enjoy — there’s something for everyone!
Fair Ride Pricing
Tickets – $1 each
Small Rides – 3 tickets per person
Large Rides – 4 Tickets per person
Giant Inflatables
One of the kids favorites every year is the giant inflatables, and this year they are bigger and better than ever! With over a dozen inflatables, including bounce houses, slides, games, and obstacle courses, theres truly something for everyone with this one attraction!
Pricing: Get all-day access to all inflatables with a $20 wristband!
Petting Zoo
Come experience the FREE Petting Zoo at this year’s Harvest Festival! Meet a variety of amazing animals such as a pony, sheep, cows, kangaroos, and more! Petting is completely free, and animal feed will be available for purchase if you’d like to make a few extra friends.

Vendor Setup Information
Setup begins Friday, October 24, 2025 at 7:00am.
Please remember we will not be supplying electricity.
Food Vendors will be in one section all together. Food Vendors ONLY can setup on Thursday
evening, however please note there will be NO SECURITY that night.
Friday morning, we will start with a section and fill it first come first serve, this makes it easier for us
and it makes placement better for you.
ONCE THE FESTIVAL HAS STARTED, NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN OR OUT OF THE PARK.
POLICE ENFORCED FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUEST.
IF YOU HAVE TO LEAVE EARLY FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL HAVE TO PACK ALL YOUR ITEMS OUT.
We have over 200 vendors signed up and the weather looks good so far!!
We have lots to offer this year! FAIR rides, petting zoo, over 15 bounce houses, train rides, singing
and entertainment, corn hole tournament (TBA), car cruise in, a tractor show and much more!

If you are interested in being a vendor at the Morehead Harvest Festival, click the button below and fill out the Vendor Application Form!
Vendor Fee
The vendor fee is $50 plus $3 sales tax, totaling $53 per booth. Pay online with the form or address checks to Morehead Harvest Festival and send them to 1019 West Main Street (Print USA).
Please note that vendors are responsible for remitting 6% state sales tax, any applicable local taxes, and obtaining required local permits. The vendor fee will be increasing to $75 after September 1st and to $100 after October 1st, with a final payment deadline of October 18th.
Important Information
- All vendor applications must be turned in by October 23rd.
- Vendors must have self-contained power supply
- All vendors must obtain a Permit to Operate from Megan Tacket (More information on Form Page)
- All Vendors must abide by the Gateway District Health Department Temporary Concessions and Food Booth Guidelines (Found on form page)
